Have you ever asked yourself...
What is the meaning/reason/purpose/value of life?
Many people have. There have been countless debates on it.
- Scientists believe it as a way of nature, part of the evolution of the entire universe.
- Philosophy deems it as an infinite regression for the pursue of "good".
- Religion deals with life as a passing phase and it is the pathway to the afterlife.
What do you believe in?
Being a rational person, I tend to believe things that can be explained in scientific terms. I do believe life is a way of nature and that certain aspects in life are predetermined.
How and when you are born is not predetermined.
How and when you die is not predetermined.
Having a starting point (Life) and an ending point (Death) is predetermined.
No one lives forever, at least for now. And I believe the life and death are essential the same thing. Why you may ask?
Nothing -> Baby (Life) -> Teen -> Adult -> Old Age (Death) -> Nothing
For both Baby and Old Age phases:
It comes/goes to nothing.
You can't take care of your basic necessity.
You need intensive care/concern from your family.
You learn to speak and make simple gestures.
And even though I have come to accept these facts, my heart still aches.
Is this attachment theory at play, or is it me just being... human?
Sigh.

The lore of WoW
I have always been fascinated by the lore of WoW. It is also one of the factors that interests me in the game. That's probably why I have so much fun while playing in those epic quests in WoW that lets you replay important events in the lore of WoW.
Yesterday Blizzard released Patch 3.3.2 which opens the final wing of the Icecrown Citadel, where the Lich King Arthas resides. And already, hardcore players have defeated him and uploaded the final cinematic. Arthas is dead after 7 years of terrorizing the balance of the world. Even though I don't think I'll be able to clear that ICC raid anytime soon, the story still intrigues me.
You know, I found this earlier on. Apparently Marvel and Blizzard had some kind of easter egg deal.
In the action game X-Men Origins: Wolverine, there's a cave where you can find a skeleton with the similar yellow exclaimation mark and Frostmourne, the sword that belongs to Arthas.
Oh well, back to work.

Rollercoaster of emotions
Other than playing WoW, recently I'm hooked to this korean drama - 아내의 유혹 or Cruel Temptation.
My dear Princess recommended me this show and I must say it's damn good la. Like I was telling her and everyone else, we humans are really capable of extreme emotions. That's probably why I like this show so much, even though it brings me through roller-coaster emotion rides.
The plot basically is about a poor wife who suffers from her husband's adultury with her best friend and how her best friend tries to tear apart her marriage and destroy her life. The poor wife gets "killed" in an accident but she didn't die, so she's back for revenge.
Maybe they found the right actors/actresses for the job because I can totally feel the hurt that she felt lol. Everyday, I'm on a constant battle to keep my tears in on my way to work LOL.

Weekends are over... again.
Weekends are always something I love forward alot. Sigh, why can't we have 5 weekends and 2 weekdays instead LOL.
Love
1. Had a nice dinner and chat with my Princess.
2. Exchanged comfortable massages with my Princess!
3. Had a peaceful after-dinner TV session with Princess and MIL :P
Family
1. Helped my family with their Bazaar sales at East Coast
2. Went rollerblading with my cousin Marcus and got a bruised butt.
3. Had a nice family supper session with crabs and satays yesterday.
Myself
1. Finished reading Ultimate Avengers and Iron Man comics from the Library.
2. Watched Doctor Strange - Sorcerer Supreme movie.
3. Watched The New Avengers - Heroes of Tomorrow movie.
World of Warcraft
1. Septimo reaches Level 80!
2. Grinded my Sons of Hodir reputation to exalted for shoulder enchant.
3. Completed Forge of Souls - Pit of Saron - Halls of Reflection quests.
4. Got 2 Tier 9 equipment and 1 Sigil from farming Emblems of Triumph.
5. Got a few epics from farming heroics.
Since today is WoW maintenance day, I shall finish watching my Ultimate Avengers 2 movie and finally start on my Cruel Temptations drama LOL.

1. She links arms with you
(It's those little things she always do heh)
2. She makes you bento
(When am I having this? :P)
3. She does her best to help out in your daily life
(She offers her ear and shoulder for everything that happens in my life)
4. She asks “Do you love me?”
(More like a daily cute squabble for "I love you more than you love me" title haha)
5. She always spends the weekend with you
(Snuggling and spending time together is what we do on weekends heh)
6. She asks “What were you doing?” if you don’t see her for a day
(We do that without fail because we want to share our stories together!)
7. She wants to accompany you everywhere
(Definitely, even if she doesn't like it. Like my Gundam exhibition and movies)
8. She cleans your room for you
(Ya lo, she want to throw away my old comics T_T)
9. She does her best to match her hobbies to yours
(She really tries alot. Which is why I love her so.)
10. She’s jealous of your last girlfriend
(Well, jealousy isn't much in her dictionary. What matters is our future together)
